What data do we collect?
Our Company collects the following data:
- Personal identification information (Name, FirstName, email address, Phone; Resume/CV, Title)
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide Our Company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
- Application form for the candidate to the recruitment
How will we use your data?
Our Company collects your data so that we can:
- Process your information request.
- Register your participation to our Event or our partner Event
- Process your recruitment application
How do we store your data?
Our Company securely stores your data at Sofyne Microsoft Cloud environment Europe.
The data related to the recruitment are process by our partners Teamtailor and are stored on AWS Ireland (list of sub-processor Teamtailor) used to process the CV internally and with our client partner in some situation.
How long do we store your data?
When you are an existing client, we store your data as long as the contractual or commercial relation is running. After we can archive in an inactive storage (exceptional access) for 5years.
When you are a prospect without contractual relation, we delete your information after 3 years since the last contact.
When you are a candidate, and you have not been hired, then your information will be deleted after 2 years.
Who will have access to your data?
Data related to information request will be shared with Sales and Direction team. Data related to events will be shared with Sales marketing and Direction.
Data related to recruitment will be shared internally with members of the HR team. The recruitment panel (for the selection to interview process) and in some cases our client. Appropriate access controls will be in place.
Transfers of personal data
No candidate personal data is transferred outside the EEA + UK . All employee information is hosted in the EU.
What are your data protection rights?
Sofyne Active Technology would like to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request Our Company for copies of your persona! data. We may charge you a small tee for this service.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Our Company correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Our Company to complete information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Our Company erase your persona! data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Our Company restrict the processing of your persona! data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Our Company’s processing of your persona! data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Our Company transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
